Tainan #02

この淡く鮮やかな緑は、昔の台湾を彩った塗料の色。

Emerald is a symbol of good old Taiwan. 

古い民家が連なるこの小さな街は、市街から少し離れた海の近くにある。

海の音と木の音が混じりあい、信じられないほど静か。

だけど、ちゃんと人の気配を感じる、不思議な場所だった。

This old street is located near the sea.

The sound of waves and trees enhance the unbelievable silence, 

yet I still sensed human habitation.

Tainan #01

夜、大通りからふと脇を見ると突然現れたこの路。

色とりどりの提灯がずらりと奥まで続く光景は、それは美しかった。

At night, suddenly met this vision. 

The street was illuminated by these brilliant paper-lanterns till its end.

まるで、別の世界に入り込んでしまったかのようで、しばらく胸がドキドキしていた。

I felt as if I had come into another world, and my heart was beating fast for a while.

気配

I sensed someone's presence.
Maybe it was the sign of him.

Spring #04

ビエレさんと過ごした、5年前の美しすぎた春。

Five years ago, 

spent brilliant spring with Monsieur Bieler. 

そして、気まぐれな猫のキャラメル。

And his fickle cat, Caramel.

Cityscape

確かにこの建物の一軒一軒で人が生活しているんだろうけど、
写真で見ると不思議に思える。

This every singe building is built by people and people live and work inside.

That's a matter of course, but when looking through pictures, I feel strange about it.
